| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 10, 2015, and December 11, 2015, respectively, on the ground that the record is inadequate, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals is denied on condition that on or before April 21, 2017, the appellants serve and file a supplemental record containing the affidavit of Andre Dickson dated July 9, 2015, the affidavit of Robert Andrew Krenitsky dated July 10, 2013, the reply affirmation of Mark Golab dated September 15, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 22, 2017, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
