| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered February 27, 2015, which was determined by a decision and order of this Court dated October 12, 2016, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED the motions are granted to the extent that, upon reargument, the decision and order of this Court dated October 12, 2016, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the words "May 2010" and substituting therefor the words "May 2013"; and the motions are otherwise denied.
