Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 23, 2010, and a resentence of the same court imposed July 15, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 24, 2017, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
