Motion by appellant on appeals from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Third District, entered July 11, 2014, and a final judgment of the same court entered July 22, 2014, for leave to reargue her prior motion, in effect, for summary reversal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 21, 2016 or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order on motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
