Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered December 29, 2015. The order denied as moot a motion by Cutting Edge Construction, Inc. to quash a subpoena.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as appellant is not aggrieved by the order appealed from, which denied a motion by Cutting Edge Construction, Inc. (see CPLR 5511; Rinaldi v Evenflo Co., Inc., 62 AD3d 856 [2009]).
