DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Donald Olsen, Appellant. |
Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from judgments of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered July 14, 2016, and to continue a stay of execution of the judgments, which was granted by the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, by order dated August 5, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary, as the appeal has been perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to continue the stay of execution of the judgments is granted and the stay is extended pending the determination of the appeal upon the same bail conditions imposed by the order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 5, 2016.
