Motion by the defendant Goldstein, Rikon & Rikon, P.C., in effect, to be removed from the caption as a respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 16, 2016. Application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the defendant Goldstein, Rikon & Rikon, P.C., is not a respondent; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 24, 2017, and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
