Application by Maryann S. Fisher, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 22, 2004, under the name Maryann S. Drapala, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Maryann S. Zurbuch.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Maryann S. Fisher to Maryann S. Zurbuch, effective immediately.
