| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION s |
Motion by the respondent/cross-petitioner-appellant for leave to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 21, 2016, and November 22, 2016, respectively, on the original papers, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals, and to enlarge the record to include certain documents from related proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the orders are not appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
