| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by William Martin to be relieved as counsel for the respondent-appellant Victoria S. on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 1, 2016, for the assignment of new counsel, to strike the brief filed by him on behalf of the respondent-appellant Victoria S., to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief, and to seal the motion papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to relieve assigned counsel, assign new counsel, strike the brief of the respondent-appellant Victoria S., and enlarge the time to serve and file a brief are denied without prejudice to the respondent-appellant Victoria S. making a motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief on or before April 25, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
