Motion by Melissa C. England and Benjamin K. Campbell, as the personal representatives of the estate of Hazard K. Campbell, Sr., to be substituted for the deceased respondent, Hazard K. Campbell, Sr., on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 24, 2014, to amend the caption, and to restore the appeal to the calendar.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Melissa C. England and Benjamin K. Campbell, as the personal representatives of the estate of Hazard K. Campbell, Sr., are substituted for the deceased respondent, Hazard K. Campbell, Sr., the caption is amended accordingly, and the appeal is restored to the calendar.
