Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 11, 2015, for the purpose of making references to the supplemental record filed by the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before April 28, 2017, the respondent, if it be so advised, may serve and file a replacement brief which does not contain any substantive changes from the brief previously filed except that the replacement brief may incorporate references to the supplemental record, and the motion is otherwise denied.
