Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 31, 2011, raising additional arguments pursuant to People v O'Rama (78 NY2d 270) in connection with two jury notes designated as Exhibits VI and VII.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental brief on or before April 26, 2017, the respondent shall serve and file a brief in response, if any, to the appellant's supplemental brief on or before May 26, 2017, and the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental reply brief, if any, on or before June 12, 2017
