| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to stay her eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 28, 2016, March 15, 2016, March 22, 2016, and September 13, 2016, respectively, and for poor person relief. Separate motions by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered January 28, 2016, March 15, 2016, and March 22, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders entered March 15, 2016, and March 22, 2016, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from orders that are not the result of motions made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to stay the appellant's eviction from the subject premises and for poor person relief is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered January 28, 2016, is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until May 15, 2017, the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered March 15, 2016, and March 22, 2016, are denied as academic.
