Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals and for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders and judgments of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on June 3, 2016 (appeal No. 1), June 2, 2016 (appeal No. 2), June 14, 2016 (appeal No. 3), June 21, 2016 (appeal No. 4), June 30, 2016 (appeal No. 5), June 22, 2016 (appeal No. 6), and June 21, 2016 (appeal No. 7),

Now, upon reading and filing the amended affidavit of Andrew R. Dunlap, Esq., sworn to March 13, 2017, the amended notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Philip G. Spellane, Esq., sworn to March 16, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals, and the appeals from the orders and judgment entered June 3, 2016, June 2, 2016, June 14, 2016, June 21, 2016, June 30, 2016, June 22, 2016, and June 21, 2016, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal, and appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before May 30, 2017, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
