It is Ordered that said application, pursuant to CPLR § 5704(b), is granted to the extent that the provision of the Order to Show Cause of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County, returnable on March 31, 2017, permitting respondent-tenant access to the premises at 1407 Broadway, Suite 448, New York, New York, 10018 for the purpose of retrieving personal property prior to March 31, 2017, return date of the application is vacated. Proof of service shall be filed with the Clerk of the Civil Court, New York County.
