| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 22, 2016. Separate motion by the respondent for leave to file, under seal, certain documents which are part of the record. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the record to include a certain affidavit.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 1, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied without prejudice to making an application in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, for an order sealing the subject documents; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion to enlarge the record is denied.
