Separate motions by the respondents Spence-Chapin Services to Families & Children, NYS Office for Children and Family Services, and Peter Kelly, the Guardian Ad Litem, to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated November 30, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the movants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until May 30, 2017, and the movants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
