Motion by Thomas Tesi, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from (1) a decision and order on motion of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated September 13, 2016, which, dismissed his appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, entered February 5, 2015, and (2) a decision and order on motion of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated December 5, 2016, which denied his motion to vacate the decision and order on motion dated September 13, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
