Motion by the appellant to stay, inter alia, the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 21, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the order dated October 21, 2016, is deemed to be a notice of appeal from a judgment of the same court dated November 18, 2016 (see CPLR 5512[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
