DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Marianne Nestor Cassini and Peggy Nestor to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated August 3, 2015, and appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the same court dated November 5, 2015. Motion by the objectants-respondents to dismiss the appeals from the order dated August 3, 2015, on the ground that they have been rendered academic.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals from the order dated August 3, 2015, is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing those appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals is granted, the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until June 30, 2017, and the joint record or appendix (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the brief of Marianne Nestor Cassini and Peggy Nestor must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
