Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 15, 2013 and April 28, 2015, respectively, And an order of this Court having been entered on May 19, 2016 (M-1402), consolidating the appeals taken the City and State Defendants, And the State defendant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals to the September 2017 Term.
