Appeals having been taken to this Court from the order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 26, 2017, from the order of said Court entered on or about January 23, 2017 and from the judgment of said Court entered on or about February 28, 2017, respectively, and the appeal from the order and judgment (one paper) entered on January 26, 2017 having been perfected, And appellants having jointly moved for consolidation of the perfected appeal from the order and judgment entered on or about January 26, 2017, with the unperfected appeals from the order entered on or about January 23, 2017 and the judgment entered on or about February 28, 2017, respectively, and for a stay of all proceedings pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on condition the unperfected appeals are perfected for the September 2017 Term, to which Term the perfected appeal from the order and judgment (one paper) entered on or about January 26, 2017, is adjourned.
