Motion by Jennifer C. Heintzman for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 25, 2017, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matters, pending hearing and determination of that appeal as well as an appeal from an order of the same court dated March 25, 2016, and an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the same court dated June 20, 2016, and to direct Douglas G. Heintzman to comply with the order dated June 20, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated January 25, 2017, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matters are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct Douglas G. Heintzman to comply with the order dated June 20, 2016, is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Family Court, Westchester County.
