| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate appeals by Enis A. C. M. and Blanca E. M. from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 3, 2016. By order to show cause dated February 23, 2017, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal by Enis A. C. M. on the ground that attorney Bruno J. Bembi had no authority to file a notice of appeal on behalf of Enis A. C. M., as Enis A. C. M. was represented by Legal Aid Society, Children's Law Bureau. Motion by Enis A. C. M. to hear and determine the appeal on or before April 7, 2017.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Enis A. C. M. and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal by Enis A. C.M., is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by Enis A. C. M. is denied as unnecessary (see Matter of Maria C., 142 AD3d 165).
