Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to extend his time to seek reargument of an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered October 9, 2013, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 5, 2016, for leave to reargue that appeal, to refer this motion to the panel of Justices who will hear and determine appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Putnam County, both rendered October 29, 2013, and a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered December 19, 2013, to amend a certain decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 31, 2016, and to consolidate the appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Putnam County, both rendered October 29, 2013, and a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered December 19, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to refer the motion to the panel of Justices who will hear and determine appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Putnam County, both rendered October 29, 2013, and a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered December 19, 2013, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to seek reargument of the appeal from the judgment rendered October 9, 2013, is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to reargue the appeal from the judgment rendered October 9, 2013, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary with respect to the appeals from the judgments rendered October 29, 2013, and is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
