Appeal by Kelly Bixler from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 29, 2016.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Regina Stanton, Esq., 220 East Main Street, Port Jefferson, NY 11777, the attorney assigned to represent the child by the Family Court, Suffolk County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child:
