Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 16, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 22, 2017, or alternatively, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court, and to stay contempt proceedings in the above-entitled matter.
