DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Bank of America, N.A., Respondent, v Steve Loren, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered July 18, 2016 (appeal No. 2016-2239 Q C), with an appeal from an order the same court entered September 6, 2016 (appeal No. 2016-2611 Q C), and for an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals are consolidated and appellant's time to perfect appeal No. 2016-2611 Q C is enlarged to May 5, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event that appeal No. 2016-2611 Q C is not perfected on or before May 5, 2017, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss that appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss that appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.

It is noted that appeal No. 2016-2239 Q C has been perfected.
