of resentence of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered

on or about February 2, 2016, And, the People having moved for an enlargement of time

to perfect their appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the November 2017 Term, with leave to seek further enlargements, if necessary.
