Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 30, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq., dated March 21, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Pamela A. Munson, Esq., dated March 23, 2017, and the statement of J. Scott Porter, Esq., dated March 27, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed July 14, 2016, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered June 30, 2016, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant shall file the original and ten copies of the stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before June 12, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
