Application by Renalto Amaral and Maria Amaral pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on their appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 23, 2016, and an appeal by Kiska Construction, Inc., and Kiska Construction Corp. - USA from an order of the same court dated March 30, 2016, which were consolidated by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 15, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 22, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
