ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 4, 2017, in the above-entitled appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 17, 2015, and a judgment of the same court dated June 10, 2016, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the words "Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-08468," and substituting therefor the words "Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-08468."
