| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the New York City Human Resources Administration, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 24, 2017, and to prevent the distribution of assets of the subject trust, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order. Separate motion by Jacque Sanon and Yolette Sanon, inter alia, to permit the distribution of assets of the subject trust fund to pay certain of their expenses, in the event that a stay is granted.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the New York City Human Resources Administration is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by Jacque Sanon & Yolette Sanon is denied as academic.
