Motion by the defendants Herbert E. Koenig and Susan R. Koenig for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 8, 2017, and to enjoin the respondent, or anyone acting on its behalf, from selling, transferring or encumbering any interest in the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
