ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondents Suffolk County Department of Social Services and Suffolk County pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 1, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 1, 2017, and the applicants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
