ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 31, 2017, on an appeal, by permission, from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated January 9, 2017, is amended by deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph thereof the date "April 3, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "April 6, 2017."
