| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.21 to appoint an inventory attorney to take custody of the legal files of Thomas F. Foy, an attorney admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 23, 1972, under the name Thomas Francis Foy.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and Mitchell T. Borkowsky, Esq., Chief Counsel, Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District, 150 Motor Parkway, Suite 150, Hauppauge, NY 11788, is hereby appointed as inventory attorney (1) to take custody of and inventory the files of Thomas F. Foy, an attorney, including any original wills, (2) to take custody of and safeguard the records of any business, escrow, trust, or special bank account of the attorney, (3) to receive, open, and read mail addressed to the attorney at his regular place of business, and (4) to take such action as is deemed proper and advisable to protect the interests of the former clients of the attorney.
