Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on March 21, 2016, June 27, 2016, and July 28, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Paul M. Deep, Esq., dated March 23, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 23, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 24, 2017, and inserting in its place the date May 23, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted with respect to appeal Nos. 2 and 3, and appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before May 23, 2017, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
