Respondents-appellants having applied for permission to proceed as poor persons and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on February 23, 2017, and March 9, 2017,
Now, upon reading and filing the certifications of Stephen Lance Cimino, Esq., dated March 6, 2017, Danielle K. Blackaby, Esq., dated March 7, 2017, the statements of Danielle K. Blackaby, Esq., dated March 27, 2017, and the affirmation of Maggie Seikaly, Esq., dated March 22, 2017, due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the applications are granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Philip Rothschild, Esq., Frank H. Hiscock Legal Aid Society, 351 South Warren Street, Syracuse, New York 13202, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Onondaga County, provide Philip Rothschild, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and
It is further ORDERED that the transcripts, if any, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Family Court, Onondaga County, within 30 days of the date of this order, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1121 (7).
