Motion by the plaintiff-appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 18, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the plaintiff-appellant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 30, 2017, and the plaintiff-appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file a brief, responding to the appellants' briefs, on or before June 29, 2017.
