| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 25, 2016, and October 4, 2016, respectively, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including entry of a judgment of foreclosure and sale, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order entered February 25, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including entry of a judgment of foreclosure and sale, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals from the order entered February 25, 2016, and the order entered October 4, 2016, are perfected on or before June 12, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before June 12, 2017, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
