Appeals by Llibistel E. Jimenez from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 22, 2016, and September 7, 2016, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 23, 2017, the appellant's time to comply with a scheduling order dated November 14, 2016, was extended until 30 days after the date of the decision and order on motion. The appellant has failed to comply with the scheduling order dated November 14, 2016.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the scheduling order dated November 14, 2016, issued pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
