DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Victoria S. and separate appeal by Santiago S. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 12, 2017. By order to show cause dated March 6, 2017, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal by Victoria S. in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal by Victoria S. is granted, and the appeal by Victoria S. is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).

HALL, J.P., SGROI, MALTESE and LASALLE, JJ., concur.
