Appeal by Jessica Weiss and separate appeal by Valerie Weiss from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated December 16, 2016. By order to show cause dated March 6, 2017, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal by Jessica Weiss in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that Jessica Weiss is not aggrieved by the order dated December 16, 2016.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal by Jessica Weiss is granted, and the appeal by Jessica Weiss is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
