Application by Francis John O'Boyle, as administrator of the estate of Francis O'Boyle, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 29, 2014, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Francis O'Boyle, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Francis John O'Boyle, as administrator of the estate of Francis O'Boyle, is substituted for the deceased appellant Francis O'Boyle, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 12, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
