Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action under Index No. 62053/15, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 21, 2016, and January 5, 2017, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated December 21, 2016, and a separate brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated January 5, 2017, on or before May 5, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated December 21, 2016, and a separate brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated January 5, 2017, if any, on or before June 9, 2017.
