Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 9, 2014, to clarify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 6, 2017, and to "accept" Charles Cavagnero III as personal representative of the estate of Philip Ragusa.
