Plaintiff (in this action) and defendant (in Action No. 2) Mali Fuks having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5704(a) to stay a hearing before a Special Referee on the grounds, inter alia, that her Orders to Show Cause were improperly denied by a Justice of the Supreme Court, New York County, on or about February 21, 2017; for an order allowing her to access certain escrow funds, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
