| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to seal the record and briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 3, 2016, or, in the alternative, for leave to seal certain documents and to direct the parties not to make any substantive references to those documents in their briefs. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670. 8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the documents listed in paragraph 12 of the affirmation in support of the motion shall be filed under seal, in a separately bound volume of the record or appendix, the parties' shall not make any substantive references to the subject documents in their briefs, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 18, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
